ResPeo stands for Researching People. We bring curiosity about people and communities to our work.
Our approach is underpinned by creativity, participation and collaboration. We put compassion at the centre of what we do.
We work across health, social care, education, and the arts, helping to shape programmes and services.
ResPeo (Researching People Ltd) was established in 2018 to conduct academically rigorous, yet accessible research, evaluation, facilitation and training services. With a responsive team, we can adapt to individual client's needs.
We recognise the value of listening to stakeholders, enabling our team of academics, researchers and organisational specialists to learn from your staff and stakeholders to develop high quality solutions.
ResPeo cares deeply about capturing the views and thoughts of key stakeholders in a way that is sensitive, evidence informed and inclusive.
We aim for meaningful findings and believe that sustainable change requires actively involving participants in the process.
We are a woman-owned SME based in Grantham, Lincolnshire in the East Midlands. Our team of 7 expert staff and 7 specialist associates is located across England, with our Midlands team working from our listed Old Malthouse office.
We work flexibly by default, enabling us to attend to our work/home balance and to be present with our clients.
We are supported by a solid IT, GDPR and project management infrastructure.
