Ashfield North Primary Care Network

About the Client  

Ashfield North is a Primary Care Network within the Mid-Nottinghamshire Place Based Partnership. There are a total of 51,617 patients registered with the five GP practices in this PCN. 

Our Work 

We facilitated online and face to face interactive and multi-modal workshops in order to help PCN clinical and non-clinical staff to formulate their needs and priorities and to feed this into the Nottinghamshire-wide primary care strategy.  

Outcomes 

We produced a report bringing together our findings from the workshops and from conversations with staff, and provided recommendations across a number of clinical and operational areas. We presented our findings back to the commissioners, resulting in us facilitating a final ‘you said/we did’ engagement session with the staff.  

It was a pleasure to work with the team to identify strengths & future ambitions for improving population health and working effectively at scale as a primary care network.
