ResPeo Founder and Director
Maria is a Chartered Psychologist through research and teaching, and a Social Researcher, specialising in organisational ethnography. She founded ResPeo in 2018 to deliver academically rigorous, yet accessible and friendly, research, evaluation, and facilitation services. She has led large scale evaluations of health and social care and public and charity services for over 15 years and was previously head of projects and programmes in health and in criminal justice settings. Maria has a PhD in Health Services Research from King's College London and is a visiting academic at a number of higher education institutions, including at the University of Lincoln Community and Health Research Unit. She delivers invited talks about people dynamics in organisations nationally and internationally and regularly provides national media commentary on themes of workforce wellbeing and organisation. She has a love of being in nature since early childhood, instilled by her Polish grandparents, and is grateful to be surrounded by beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.
