ResPeo was commissioned by Health Education England and the NHS London Leadership Academy to carry out a mixed methods cost/benefit analysis of the local Mary Seacole leadership development programme.
Our team, led by Juliet Brookes, with the input of Dr Ali Mahmoud, brought decades of experience in education and healthcare management. We used a robust mixed methods approach of an evidence gathering workshop, a survey and financial data analysis. ResPeo has a strong track record of supporting health and care sector. We take a person-centred approach and develop strong relationship with commissioners.
ResPeo delivered both an interim and final report with recommendations for sustainability, income generation, and retention. The report was accessible, easy to read, and used inviting infographics to engage the audience.
We received very positive feedback from the client who stated that “ResPeo established what we wanted at the contracting stage, and were realistic about what could be done. For the money and timescale, it was great. For me the report consolidated what I had been hearing anecdotally and is useful to have an external/neutral review of the programme impact” – Jo Betterton
