Q Community Evaluation

About the Client  

ResPeo has partnered with Picker and HP Solutions to deliver the Picker-led evaluation of The Health Foundation’s Q Community. The Q Community is a member network with the aim of empowering its members to improve the quality of health and social care services. 

Our Work

ResPeo’s contributions to the evaluation are primarily focussed on the qualitative design and delivery of interview, case study and workshopped data collection in line with a realist evaluation approach. A large part of this work has included the interactive and multimodal facilitation of member workshops to gather participant perceptions on Q’s impact, strengths and areas for improvement. 

The work will culminate in a mixed methods report back to Q in order to use the evidence and our recommendations to develop the community further.

Reflections

The multi-stakeholder process is engaging and our approach has been well received, including feedback from workshop participants such as, “The session covered really good ground."
